Mouse & Keyboard FPS on PS3?

Check out this madness, Unreal Tournament III on PS3 is going to support plugging in a mouse and keyboard for some proper WASD FPS control!
Lets hope this catchs on and more console stuff does this, whats with no mention of the 360 version doing this hmmm?
